GoogleI can honestly say that Susan from Reeds Rains Chester le Street is one of, if not, the best letting agents I have every worked with during my 12+ years as a Property Consultant, responsible for finding properties for clients. Susan recently helped me find a suitable rental property for a family with very specific needs and went above and beyond to make it happen. I cannot recommend her services highly enough. GoogleAsked for a valuation on house we inherited to see if worth keeping and doing repairs or selling. Had visit and was told I’d be emailed details. To date no more correspondence so get the impression they’re not interested. Taken business elsewhere

I have tried calling you on several occasions, most recently the day prior to you leaving this review, but i had to leave you a voicemail. I can also see that our system has sent follow-up emails with the valuation details. The purpose of my calls was to check you had received the information and to answer any questions you might have. If the emails haven’t reached you, they may have gone into a junk or spam folder. Had I known you hadn’t received them, I would have gladly looked into this further for you. As discussed both in branch and during the valuation, we would have been delighted to help if you had decided to proceed with selling the property.
