GoogleDO NOT rent from this agent if you want your deposit back at the end of your tenancy. I moved out of a flat at the beginning of September and only today did I recieve some of my deposit back (8.5 months later)!! They tried to take as much of my deposit as they could - if it wasn't for the DPS they'd have taken almost half of my £1100 deposit. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Hello Harriet, we are sorry you feel this way. When all our attempts to mitigate a fair resolution between the Landlord and the Tenant fail, the matter is referred to deposit adjudication with with any deductions being paid to the Landlord and the balance to the tenant at their discretion.

Obviously issues arise whether you rent or own a property but when you’re renting you expect them to be solved in no time and for this reason we thank Anita. GoogleMe and my family purchased a house in woodhouse property and let’s just say the team is a dream team! We had amazing service with Gail, she has done an excellent job very professionally, keeping me updated and making sure that myself as the buyer and the seller has progressed! Esin has also helped by calling keeping me update and reassuring me that any concerns I can also contact her! At the end me and my family bought our dream house and this is all thanks to the Team.

GoogleThe best estate agents I have rented with (have used 3 others in the past). Very easy to communicate with and any issues with the property were dealt with very quickly. They were very easy going and made sure I was comfortable with any checks/inspections that would need to take place and would accommodate to what suited me at the time.
