GoogleSadly cannot do a review with out pressing a star. How or why they call themselves estate agents is beyond me. I have just wasted 6 weeks. They do nothing to sell your house, photo are very amatuer, they do not give feed back and nothing is done when you have time wasters. I have been trying to think of something positive to say, as i dont like being all negative, however i can not think of one thing.

GoogleVery quick and efficient! The communication with the agents is very clear, we encountered some issues and they had the patience to endure our concerns. Everyone is nice and understanding which personally, was a first. I'm very grateful and 100% recommend it!!

GoogleRecently my friend renting the place from them it is nice and good estate agent specialty Silvo with who we will deal from the begging and everything went fast and smooth another person is Anita she is part of maintenance team we have small issue and she resolve everything fast It is very hard to find good estate agents but I hardly recommend this one

GoogleHad a bad experience with them some time ago. The flat I was interested in was available to let by two agents simultaneously, Woodhouse and some other estate agents, let's call them B. Paid a deposit in with Woodhouse only to find out that B had already rented the place to someone else. Wanted my deposit back from Woodhouse and was accused by them of going to B and renting the flat from them, not from Woodhouse. My deposit was held based on their sick accusations and I had to present a proof of my new address. Luckily I quickly found another place with Roffeys and they were super helpful with sorting out that silly problem, provided me with proof of new address and I could get my money back from greedy little Woodhouse. My advice- avoid at all cost. Once you pay the money in, they don't care about you at all.
