GoogleWoodhouse had our money for 20 years Now we want to remove our tenant they are absolutely terrible. Our tenant owes rent and they have done nothing to help Anita was lovely but the new lady Alice is rude and useless. Don’t give them your hard earned money They don’t even deserve one star the way we have been treated the past two months !

GoogleAfter a pleasant start with Gail, I was quickly then being forced and told to sign paperwork before proceeding, once telling them my demands and agreeing to them, they than tried to change the paperwork back against my word. Once agreeing again and coming to take my property on, they still got the paperwork wrong and told me they wouldn't do anything unless I signed now, to which the photographer then just left, an agent didn't even attend with him. Then had the audacity to send me multiple e mails asking me how the take on went and if I could do the survey they had provided, clearly no communication in the office at all as the property wasn't even take on!
Dear Alex Thank you for your review which we strongly dispute. A senior member of our Sales Team attended your property to undertake a Complementary Virtual Tour after you had been sent a copy of the Sales Agreement days in advance of the appointment. Gail clearly advised in an email to you that we would only be able to undertake the Virtual Tour and Social Media Video when an agreement has been signed, as it would take a considerable amount of time to undertake. You had ample opportunity to discuss the agreement prior to the meeting and at the meeting you were given another opportunity to discuss any questions you had, which you refutably denied to do so as you said that the other Two Estate Agents you have listed the property with, had not asked you to sign an agreement, so you would not be prepared to do so. Our agency agreements are very straight forward and clear and our fees are only payable in the event we introduce a buyer who proceeds to purchase the property. We do not charge any other fees. Without a signed agreement, we are not able to undertake the extensive work of producing a Complementary Virtual Tour and video. You were advised that we could attend at another time and left to give you more time to review the terms of instructions at your own leisure. We are sorry we cannot be one of your multiple agencies that accepts an instruction without clear terms being agreed in advance due to the amount of time and effort involved in preparing a unique marketing strategy which we believe gets results over other agents. We wish you well in the sale of your propery but if the other agents are not succesful and you are happy to instruct us properly we would be happy to assist you and offer you the market leading virtual tours and social media marketing which makes your property stand out from the others on the market.

GoogleIt was a fresh spring day in Cheshunt as the bright morning sunlight cut a shimmering glaze across the dew dripped fields, bird song complimented the swelling blossoms in the trees as buds opened and the land reached to the skies and I knew it was time to sell my property, and take to the waters, in a brave new manoeuvre post lockdown and a midlife career change… I looked up from the fishing lake and briefly perused my portfolio… instantly I knew, that Woodhouse Properties would be the agents I required to expedite my plans into fruition, swift action was necessary, only the most professional local property experts would be able to turn my mortgage into cash at such an ambiguous time in the property market, with global financial chaos at hand and a turmoil of confusion in the markets… I called Tony… and within moments, the ball began to roll down the hill… increasing speed and greater inertia as my dreams transformed into tangible reality… Wood house property worked exceptionally to point… the house was sold within 6 months and I appreciate very much and recommend commendably… to work with a team who get the job done With Compliments and kind regards Your retired Tree Surgeon Edmond Buonocore

GoogleI wanted to share my personal experience with this company. I am shielding due to being high risk with the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout these difficult 3 months for me, Woodhouse have helped me in ways my own work place didn't even bother supporting me. They have been kind, helpful, supportive and very understanding. My experience with them since renting a property has been very good but these last few months show how much i couldn’t recommend them enough! You feel like they care. As well as being professional to the highest standard they are kind and restore your faith in humanity. They have helped ease my worries in times my worries took over me.
