FacebookFor Being a first time buyer is superb important to have a right support around you. The process with Porter and Ford was always perfect and we have managed to secure our first house. Fantastic communication, help, advices and they will always go extra miles for you. As working with people on daily basis I thought that I know what is a great customer service until I met a team in Porters and Ford. Past few months went quickly and I must admit I will miss communication with them. We want to specifically say massive thank you to: Richard for being always around and here for us and you could really ask him anything, there wasn't any question which he wouldn't answer.Robert for everything if Richard wasn't around; Diane and Nicky. We couldn't wish for more as they took away all stress from us and were here when needed. If you thinking about securing your house or selling you should really choose Potter and Ford.

GoogleRented my apartment with Potter & Ford. Kirsty, Gary and Judy, were very clear with what needed to be done, understood the market well and made me feel like they were just a call away. Not a fan of these big companies with central call centre. Every time I call Potter & Ford, there is someone who knows my property. I was under pressure to rent the house due to terms of sale on my new home, this was again dealt with professionally. Working hard to help me out. GoogleExcellent service by Potter & Ford chesham branch. A special mention have to go to Richard French. He was very helpful at every stage of the buying process. We had to arrange few visits to the property before the sale and he never hesitated or made a fuss about it. Very prompt in answering queries. We went with the lawyers recommended by Potter & Ford and they got involved in chasing them up even for a minor delay. Not until the sale was agreed but Potter and Ford was there till the end supporting at each stage until the transaction was completed. Friendly, helpful, professional and overall brilliant service. Thank you.

GoogleWe bought our house through Potter & Ford in 2008, and when we came to sell at the end of 2019, the original experience meant that there was only one agent for us. Throughout the sale process, Richard, Robert & the team were a pleasure to deal with, always keeping us advised and updated, especially during the challenge of the original sale falling through! Once our sale was agreed, the service was first class, through exchange, removal and completion. Given the challenging environment that we working in, the support of Richard in particular helped us to get our buyers into our property and us into our new house in Yorkshire on the agreed date. If you are buying, selling or both in Chesham, Potter & Ford are the agents for you.

What makes these guys stand out is how they all work together as a team making sure all the parts of the transaction are as smooth and stress-free as possible. We also found our mortgage via their financial services team whom without we may not have got the deal we did. If you are considering buying or selling your property or simply need financial advice, you should drop in and talk to these guys.

They were always available to answer any queries we had and to provide any assistance when we required it. The best part of all was that they were always upfront and honest about the process and what was happening, which helped to put our mind at ease throughout. Definitely recommend Potter and Ford if you are looking at selling!

GoogleI used Potter and Ford to manage my flat when I decided to let it and then to sell the flat a few years later. I totally recommend them on both counts; in terms of managing the property while it was let the lettings team were excellent - they were very prompt to communicate any issues that needed addressing and sorted all of these out quickly and efficiently - much better than my experiences with chain letting agents who tend to have one central admin office which is not local to the property. It meant that my tenants were always happy and keen to stay on in the property. The sales service was equally as good - excellent communication from Potter and Ford throughout and brilliant, helpful support/customer service such as communicating directly with my solicitor, surveyors etc - it just made it so much smoother and hassle-free. I would definitely use them again in future for lettings or sales as my first choice.

GoogleThis was our first house move for over thirty years and I confess we were a little apprehensive. Both our sale and purchase was delt with by Potter and Ford. It turned out to be a long process and not without problems along the way. But with Robert and Richard guiding and reassuring us through the difficult times we successfully achieved our move and were very grateful to have chosen Potter and Ford as our agents. GoogleExcellent, friendly and efficient service. We have been very impressed with all the staff we dealt with at Potter and Ford. At the time of selling my parents' house, my father was terminally ill. Richard, in particular was very sensitive to the situation and very kind to my mother and myself through extremely difficult days. I feel Potter and Ford went above and beyond what you would expect in terms of communicating with us and ensuring we were happy with the process from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

We recently sold our house with P&F and I can't praise them enough. They were exceptional from beginning to end. From valuation, marketing, viewings to managing the chain, they were simply fantastic. We've used practically all the agents in the area in the past and Robert & Team were by far the most professional and conscientious estate agents we've ever come across. They spent time to get to know the property, they had expert knowledge of the area and they made sure we didn't get lots of time wasters simply to get viewing figures up (other agents please take note!). Highly recommended!
