GoogleIt's easy to understand why Potter and Ford are an award winning Estate Agent. From the first point of contact to exchanging contracts, it's been a 5 star experience. A special mention of Richard for keeping things running smoothly and always being available for a chat. I highly recommend.

GooglePotter and Ford are a lovely local team. We viewed many houses during 2022, 6 were with Richard, Robert and Nikki. We bid on 3; the 3rd being the house we bought. We always found them very straightforward to deal with, happy to pick up the phone and talk something through if needs be, as well being very involved in the local community. They appear to always have a good caliber of house on their books and are fairly priced in the market. A great representative for local businesses in the town.

GooglePotter and Ford provided an excellent service in finding tenants for my flat - professional, honest, reliable and friendly. Kirsty, who has been my main contact, maintained frequent contact in a friendly, personable, honest, fair and professional manner (not exhibiting any of the corporate style of trying to impress while leaving doubts they may be hiding what is going on, which I fear occurs in the bigger chain estate agents, quite often). She was not in such a hurry to find just anyone who will pay the requested price, but took care to check out trustworthiness and was quick to inform me when she had uncertainties about a prospective tenant, allowing me to decide whether to proceed. But also she would not dismiss a prospective client for unfair reasons. While it may have meant we were not quickly successful, it has ensured I can be confident about the tenants being good, reliable and hopefully long term tenants. The rest of the team seem to be equally professional. Potter and Ford provide a superb service that I would fully recommend.

GoogleFrom literally the first phone call to Potter & Ford , Kirsty proved to be an outstanding agent, and spent so much time and patience in assisting me throughout the whole process, to successfully find the perfect rental for my family. Everyone at Potter & Ford have been so kind and available during and since, and I could not recommend their honest, experienced and most importantly friendly service enough to anyone looking for an estate agent to rent or sell a property. Having dealt with so many other estate agents in the area during my long and frustrating search for a new home, I can also honestly add that Kirsty and the whole team at Potter & Ford are head and shoulders about the all others.

GoogleThe service we received from Richard was very good, friendly and queries were dealt with efficiently. Our property took a long time to sell for various reasons. During this time Richard very kindly kept an eye on the property for us which a great relief as we are not local to Chesham.

GoogleAfter buying my house from Potter and Ford nearly 20 years ago and receiving an excellent service from them at the time, I had no hesitation in using them again to sell my house. I'm so glad that I did as I received a superb service from both Richard and Robert. Richard handled the initial stages of valuation and arranging viewings very efficiently, and Robert's role in moving the sale to completion was expertly executed. Key to all this was their frequent communication and prompt responses to my queries. I found them both to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and highly recommend them.

GoogleWe've just purchased our first house with Potter & Ford and they are the most friendly, helpful and courteous of Estate Agents. It feels very family orientated and like nothing is too much trouble. Other agents we viewed houses with felt like it we we're just another number but both Richard and Nikki couldn't have been more helpful on this journey which is both exciting and daunting. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and we would definitely highly recommend using them.

GoogleWe have just bought a house through Potter and Ford and it has been a great experience. Richard, Nikki, and the team have been lovely to deal with - making sure everything was running smoothly, making sure every survey, valuation, etc. was accommodated as soon as possible, and remaining calm and effective even when solicitors were tying themselves up in knots! We will definitely look to Potter and Ford if and when we return to the housing market in the future as they were by far the most capable and personable agents we dealt with.
