GoogleI returned to Potter and Ford to handle the sale of my property, having purchased the property through them a few years ago. From the first meeting through to the completion of the sale Robert, Richard and the office staff have been excellent. They are highly professional and accessible. the customer service has been excellent and they worked hard to make sure the sale ran as smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GooglePotter and Ford staff are all excellent. The lettings team are very efficient and found me a long term tenant quite quickly. I bought the property through Potter and Ford and didn't want to lose my connection with Chesham, which is a lovely well connected town. Even the purchase was a smooth experience. Well worth 5 stars.

GoogleWe were purchasing Everyone was friendly, open, honest, approachable and trustworthy. We were kept well informed of the progress and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was stress free and we were pleasantly surprised by the way we were dealt with during the whole process. A rare experience in Chesham where the two Corporate chains do not follow this philosophy. My recommendation is always use a local independent agent.

As first time buyers, we knew little about the mortgage process and Potter & Ford provided us with all the neccassary information, which in turn meant that we could buy our chosen property.
