GoogleI initially made contact with Chancellors as a result of a friend and another landlord recommending them to me. As a first-time landlord, I felt reassured and informed by the team at Chancellors. Nathan Armstrong in particular was a confident communicator who was incredibly attentive and understanding about what I was hoping to achieve through letting a property. I was especially impressed by his hard work and level of commitment to ensuring a good outcome. GoogleI was very impressed with Chancellors Chesham and would have liked to have bought through them. Bonnie was a great contact point for me in particular. From start to finish she was professional, efficient, honest and understanding even when I needed to withdraw my search having found a great property! She demonstrated a genuine interest in my needs as a client, I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

FacebookAbsolutely shocking service! Save yourself the grief, stress of dealing with incompetent and immature "NON SALES" individuals. They are completely clueless of the housing market and DO NOT KNOW how to deal with people. We gave them our house on a 5 month agreement which is far too long! Failed to sell due to lack of experience, constant change of personnel due to sackings/breakdowns etc and immaturity of closing a deal and following up. Thank you to my RING.com, I could see and hear their inexperience each time which was so excruciating. Prior to one viewing, I had to take one of sales negotiators around the house and actually take him through the key selling points of selling my Home....can you imagine that!All their emails are are on a copy and paste basis with a slight change to parrot fashion feedback which as a VENDOR I do NOT want to hear the same crap! I heard afterwards they get paid for listing your house so be aware of being sucked in with their chatty deliverables as they are NON existent. Save yourself the bother and hassle!

FacebookThe estate agents working at chancellors are incredibly rude and incompetent. We have recently just tried to rent a property through them and at every point we were confused, given conflicting information and left in the dark about what was happening with our application. I have never been spoken to so poorly or rudely, with one estate agent actually saying to me ‘I don’t see what your problem is’. Communication was so poor throughout and we were often given less than 24 hours to do certain things otherwise our application would be unable to progress. Once, we were given only 6 hours to transfer over our deposit and rent without confirmation that the property was legally ours. We were often left unable to contact anyone to ask questions and I’m still awaiting my call from management! Chancellors ruined what should have been a very exciting time for us.

GoogleChancellors were exceptionally helpful with our recent sale - the local knowledge and experience of Nick convinced us to go with Chancellors, which turned out to be a great choice - plenty of viewers, regular and clear communications, and help when things got stressful as completion approached! We aren’t planning to move again for some time, but won’t hesitate to use Chancellors again in the future

GoogleWe bought a flat through Chancellors - Chesham Branch last December. After fairly average viewings with previous agents it was refreshing to get professional service from them. Right through the buying process Alan kept us informed on a regular basis and did everything he could to help move the sale along. Which completed just before Christmas in very short time. When I come to sell they'll be the first agents I call.

She answered any questions I had, was able to show me around the flat at times that suited me for work and was generally a pleasure to deal with. FacebookSo my daughter was offered a flat in the Wokingham area they took my daughters money and the day before she was due to move in it was cancelled absolutely no support from kerry they haven't paid her money back and have been unprofessional and rude. She is having to sleep in a car as she has no money until they pay her back shocking service would never recommend these to anyone

GoogleOur first experience of moving in 33yrs,was helped greatly by using Chancellors in Chesham. From the initial visit by Nick Richmond( a human dynamo) to Completion, 10 weeks later, the whole team have been a delight to deal with. Answering any of our concerns promptly and professionally has helped things run smoothly. Using " The Legally Prepared Service" with our coordinator Jade was a definite advantage. FacebookAvoid. Terrible experience trying to let a property through chancellors. Ongoing issues with poor customer service, rude agents who refuse to reply to emails or return calls. Awful experience trying to go through Canopy referencing who draw out the process disputing irrelevant minutiae, finally approved only to have to repeatedly chase a contract which was initially sent after days of chasing with incorrect information. Currently facing potentially having no where to live in 3 weeks and Chancellors are not willing to engage with us. Unable to contact a manager to escalate the issue or speak with anyone who is able to advise the current position of the tenancy. Very willing to take £346 holding fee but not prepared to treat customers with any respect.
