Ben Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. I initially made contact with Chancellors as a result of a friend and another landlord recommending them to me. As a first-time landlord, I felt reassured and informed by the team at Chancellors. Nathan Armstrong in particular was a confident communicator who was incredibly attentive and understanding about what I was hoping to achieve through letting a property. We have just exchanged contracts as First time buyer and it was stressful and nerve wracking, BUT Chancellors in Chesham where Amazing!! (Not just Chesham Head office was Fantastic as well :)) Even from the viewings at the very beginning up to exchange of contract they understood that we were spending quite a lot of money and they never spoke to us like we weren't spending or bidding enough like some different companies did. Overall the transitions through the different departments and the patience and their professionalism was impeccable. They did there best to ensure that everyone stayed happy and took the time to explain all the information and calm any worries. They kept things moving swiftly along. We would use Chancellors again. Nick Richmond and his team were Brilliant!

Just completed the purchase of a house in Chesham through the Chancellor's branch in Chesham. Alan Dempsey and the rest of the staff at the branch did a sterling job. They fully deserve the 5 Star rating that I have given. Alan behaved in a very professional and patient manner throughout the process. This gave me the opportunity to progress my matters in a very diligent but relaxed manner. It took a lot of the stress out of house moving, which in the past I have found to be one of the most difficult events in family life. We recently bought a house through Chancellors. from the beginning we were allocated a Sales Negotiator. We had not moved for 12 years and found this a very helpful start, always speaking to the same person and not having to go through your needs every time. Our negotiator being Alec Worrall. We recently exchanged on our new house and the service provided by Dan Hemsley was outstanding. From the outset he has gone out of his way to make himself approachable and has always answered all of our queries in a timely and efficient manner. We were able to contact him at any time of the day and he would even help us when he was on holiday. We exchanged in the space of one and a half months and a big part of getting there was Dan. The sale of my late mother’s house was finally completed last week, after an epic (11 month) selling experience with Chancellors. The sale fell through a number of times, for reasons beyond their control, but Nick was always confident that they would be able to sell the house again: and he did, repeatedly. This was a difficult transaction, made much more pleasant by having the best possible attention and dedication from the team, especially Nick’s exceptional vendor care and Alan’s on-going professionalism and determination. I used Chancellors for sale of my mother's house which turned out to be a very lengthy process, in fact just over a year! I can't recommend Nicholas Richmond highly enough. Not only was he friendly and helpful, but he kept us updated on a regular basis, and on many an occasion helped us to stay positive during an incredibly difficult and fraught time. We've just rented out our house and the whole service provided by Chancellors was excellent. Our property was rented out within a matter of hours of being on the market thanks to Grace Curry, who had a long list of viewers ready on the very first day of showing our property. Grace also provided us with feedback from viewers regularly so we were always kept really well informed. Grace was clearly also genuinely passionate about showing our property to others and shared in our excitement when a viewing went particularly well, which was a lovely thing. Everything on the communication and paperwork side was handled so efficiently, quickly and smoothly by Jamie Vass. Both Grace and Jamie were always on hand to answer any of our questions and we're so grateful for all of their wonderful help. Richard Alexander also did a wonderful job of visiting our property promptly (within a day) - to conduct a valuation. So everything moved extremely rapidly from the time I made the call to Chancellors to ask them to help us let our house. Wonderful service that I highly recommend and will use in future!

I had a fantastic experience with Chancellors and the best part about it was their people. People often make a company and one stand out member of the team for me was Kevin Franklin. He was an absolute almanac of knowledge using his previous skills as a project manager in construction to highlight areas of new properties that could be improved and developed as a opportunity to maximize profit but also where we could make improvements for what we were looking for. Wow !!! Dan at the Chesham branch Rock !! Nick at the Chesham branch Rocks too. Dan worked fastidiously from the moment I placed the property with them. The whole sale process went very smoothly indeed! A professional and friendly 5 star service -- with helpful analysis reports of 'rightmove' reports piecharts flowcharts etc to see how the sale is going, very helpful extra details that perhaps goes a bit beyond what other services provide? This extra overview of reassurance helped me not worry about the sale. I would like to thank Charlotte Perry (and Nick Richmond) who were very kind and professional with me during the whole viewings/sale process. I personally highly recommend using them for a stress-free move! I hadn't sold a property before by myself, and it went extremely smoothly! Highly recommended!

The worst ever agency I've ever deal with.Absolute unprofessional and unkind attitude.For six months contract i have around 200 useless emails and still can't get my deposit back after 1 month and a half.Never get a property trough Chancellors agency.There is forum group with around 200 Bulgarian families around the area and i keep advising them never use this agency.Unprofessional continuous failure to do all task.And it's not just me 90% unhappy.What an agency why you are still on the market how?

We just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!
