Terrible customer service and deceitful company. They will charge you over £400 for sweeping, dusting and removal of coat hangers, A job which would cost them £20 at the most, claiming it is a quote from an "independent contractor". Since they are no longer alowed to charge letting fees they are going to try and fleece you any way that they can. They are parasites.Be very careful when dealing with this company.

I am renting with Peter Alan for over a year. They are the best agency i had over the years in the UK. As an international living in the UK they made it pretty easy for me and with no complications. Didn't ever have any bad experiences or stress renting with Peter Alan Personally Recommend 👍

Sent numerous enquiries to view properties, with no response. Also tried calling the office on multiple occasions to book viewings but no one ever answers at any time of the day, or bothers to respond despite leaving voicemails.Would certainly question buying one of their properties, and would never sell a home with them, as the service is appalling. Avoid like the plague.

How awful is this company? It's really that awful. I am completely shocked by the lack of professionalism and information they give. How are you not closed down by now? The industry is tough enough but when you pass on your lack of knowledge, experience and capabilities onto people who are contracted to pay you thousands, it deeply saddens me.Avoid like the plague.

Customer service is appalling in looking for rental properties - practically uncontactable - so slow in getting back to anyone and when they finally do - so rude. Why do landlords use these. Can't comment on selling or buying a house - maybe they treat those customers differently?

The best part of Peter Alan estate agents is Heidi Jenkins Sales Progressor. Her customer service Skills are excellent. She is caring, supportive and efficient. Works outside business hours to support customers through the trauma of selling a house. For her genuine honest customer care I would recommend Peter Alan, but make sure she is your sales progressor.

This organisation is a joke - I rented apartment from them for over 2 years. It looked like slum house - the water was leaking from the roof, everything was broken. They keep saying it's not their problem, and in the end they stole 700 pounds deposit. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Absolutely shocking service. My son moved into a new rental property 23 December woke up 24 December to a flooding house.... Called for help... Promised help and call back... Nothing!!! 20 days on with no money as all ploughed into rent and deposit still waiting for his money back... Promised call backs never happen..Shame on you Peter Alan

Horrible experience!! Me and my flat mate been brilliant for whole 2 and half years!! Pay all bills on the time! Rent as well and on the end they doing massive problem with bond back as try to over charge me for cleaning and some attendance without informing us about!! AVOID!! Do not recommend!!!

Loved peter alan estate agents was fantastic service the team was amazing. Dealt with our property in a superb way even down to the photographer which was amazing . Matt who was looking after us was superb couldnt rate them high enough peter alan in gorseinon wpuld definitely go to them again
