Incredibly poor communication- continued delays in returning monies owed. Also arranged viewings without my knowledge. I would not recommend to anyone looking to either rent their property or rent a property.

Horrible experience!! Me and my flat mate been brilliant for whole 2 and half years!! Pay all bills on the time! Rent as well and on the end they doing massive problem with bond back as try to over charge me for cleaning and some attendance without informing us about!! AVOID!! Do not recommend!!!

If i could give less than 1 star I would. Peter Alan allow sub letting. The flat my daughter is on the tenancy for has had the locks changed my daughter has not got a key however the person who is subletting and is not on the lease has a key. Go figure.

Would give zero stars if I could. Countless cancellations and postponed viewings that never happened. The team is very disorganised, doesn’t keep track of the bookings made with potential buyers. Not sure how it is still in business.
