Not a great lady that showed us around a property, not a very warm welcome. Had booked in viewings very close to each other so ended up pretty much being moved on so the other person could view, bearing in mind that the person after us got a very warm welcome and greeting unlike our family. Just forgot about us viewing it and went on to the next client and left us to go out the back door, worst viewing weve ever had.

GoogleExcellent approach, excellent communication, one blip in that no-one showed up for one viewing - which turned out to be the people who bought the house. Otherwise, pretty much faultless - the post agreement process to finalise the sale was impeccable.
