Most of my experience has been where appliances have needed repair or replacement. Elaine not only responds rapidly to any requests, but seem to have a group of experienced plumbers, electricians, etc who are able to promptly diagnose & address any problem. GoogleThe whole team are really helpful and very prompt acting on things. The service is seamless, so if your usual agent is away, someone else will help cover any queries. I have never had any issues or problems with them and I have been tenant of theirs for over a decade.
