GoogleI cannot praise this estate agent and their staff member Belinda enough. I really only appreciated how professional and efficient they (she)was when I gave up the let and had to use other agency,'s , an absolute nightmare, which cost me £1000's of extra pounds and emotional stress. GO TO PETER BALL, YOU WONT REGRET IT

GoogleSo the staff I spoke to are lovely, and professional. However, after putting an offer in for a rental property, I was left chasing over email and phone for an update. From when we put the offer in Wednesday last week, through till today (Thursday) I have heard nothing! Did we get the property? No…they found time to update the Rightmove website to say let agreed. Whilst we might not have been successful, a quick email to let us know would have been kind. Instead I’ve felt like a second class citizen desperately trying to get an update. Not a nice way to feel when it’s already hard enough trying to find somewhere to rent.

GooglePeterBall Estate Agents have managed the renting of our property for 8 years. We have to move around the country with an itinerant job stationed in different places with house for duty. We have been able to keep our original property let from a distance. It helps us feel secure with a base to return to, we could not have done this with out PeterBall. GooglePeter Ball has managed my flat in Cheltenham for 15 years and they have been fantastic. They are very thorough with the checks they do, respond quickly to issues and have excellent customer service. Elaine Meadows, the property manager, is amazing! I live abroad so I really appreciate how she takes care of my flat as if it were her own. When my flat needed drying out after being re-plastered, she parked round the corner every day so she could check on progress. She advised me of how to upgrade the flat, found suppliers, managed the work and sent me a video of the completed work. She also keeps me up to date with what is happening with the neighboorhood and my neighbors. Elaine takes the stress out of being a landlord and I can't speak highly enough of her!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePeter Ball were recommended to me as experienced in the marketing of retirement flats. From my initial contact with their Team I received courteous, considered and constructive advice as to how best to market my deceased relative's flat and in a timely manner. Throughout the selling process, and during the period it took to complete the sale, their Team were frequently in communication, and once a sale had been agreed they were especially attentive to keep the ball rolling up to the moment completion took place. I cannot fault them for their support and especially for the involvement of their Move Manager - an attentive sweeper-upper. Thank you Peter Ball Team.

GoogleI have been renting through Peter Ball & Co in Cheltenham for several years. Throughout my tenancy Peter Ball have been friendly, responsive and professional. Now having to look for another property to rent in a difficult market, the Lettings team at Peter Ball (Mark, Elaine, Belinda and Pippa) have gone the extra nine yards to find a suitable property for my second tenancy through their agency. I really appreciate their loyalty and would not hesitate to recommend the Lettings team at Peter Ball & Co.
