Ivanka proved very professional, prompt in dealing with requests and issues, very curious and cheerful lady, not least she found me a wonderful tenant paying the asking price. Other estate agents were getting me below asking price and not able to find a high calibre applicant. Moreover, without her I would have found this tenancy agreement very exhaustive and stressful. Outstanding!

The service I received from all the staff at Knight Frank throughout the course of my purchase was friendly and unfailingly professional. As soon as my offer was accepted I was assigned a designated contact in the office, which was immediately reassuring after a recent bad experience with a different agent and purchase. Their liaison with my solicitor and the vendor to obtain answers to my various queries was prompt and efficient, and I was kept regularly updated with developments without even having to ask, via clear and detailed emails. I never had to chase for information, and there was always a friendly voice available to take my calls. When I finally collected my keys on completion I was handed an unexpected but very appreciated bag of lovely edible (and drinkable!) goodies, and it was lovely to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful during the process (and in resolving some minor post-sales issues). The whole experience was as stress-free as I could have wished and their professionalism inspired confidence from start to finish. The team were outstanding in every respect and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home!

The use of a drone resulted in excellent photography of the restricted site and enabled the production of a well presented brochure. All the staff at Knight Frank were excellent. In particular, Harry Bethell provided an impressive service throughout and his knowledge and expertise, including a realistic valuation, ensured that the buyer was found within a few weeks.

Brilliant customer service from Ehteshaam Ahmed

I've just called Knight Frank expecting the normal lengthy wait we've all come to expect from companies claiming we are value customers, but no: the call was immediately picked up by the very polite and extremely helpful Ehteshaam Ahmed. He listened to my query and helped with the issue I had without delay. I then asked him about something unrelated and he explained that it was a completely different team but that he would contact them and not just ask them to call me, but explain the issue I had to them and our call then ended. With a couple of minutes I had received an email from Ehteshaam attaching the correct document he had looked out for me and a covering letter explaining what action he had taken viz the other issue. Exceptional! Well don't Enteshaam. I hope you (and your boss(es)) get to see this review. If more companies had more people like you the world would be a better, happier place. Thank you

Issues with the door lock and dishwasher, which had been causing inconvenience for a while, were promptly addressed. Upon sending Mo an email for assistance, we received a swift response from the repair team, and both problems were efficiently resolved within five working days, a commendable turnaround time in the UK.Mo has consistently demonstrated consideration and patience in dealing with our queries. Last summer, when we were exploring the option of renewing our lease, Mo played a crucial role in facilitating communication with the landlord and the renewal team. Rent and repair - the balance!

I let a small property with Knight Frank and have tenants who have incurred a lot of damage regularly. Trying to find the balance between rent and repair is never easy, but Wendy Gilchrist handled the negotiations with exceptional skill. Fully recognising it is the tenant's home as well as my building the negotiations were balanced for both sides and the result was a re-signing on a long-term let. It's not easy to put a price on a home, but it's easy to see the cost of maintenance. If both parties come out happy, it's a successful negotiation and worth noting. Appreciated and perhaps most importantly - recommended not just for lettings, but for long-term partnerships all around.

Terrible management agent

I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong

During the move-in process, the team was welcoming and warm, creating a positive atmosphere.I also want to express my gratitude to Emma Soanes, my property manager. Since moving in, I have encountered several facility-related problems, and she has gone above and beyond to contact the landlord and other relevant parties.
