So DisappointingHaving used KF to manage the renting of my house since 2017 I had to cease the arrangement when the property manager failed to respond to calls and emails for six months. The subsequent inability to coordinate and execute the closure of the account demonstrated a lack of communication and of supervision by management. This was exemplified by the lack of a response from the Customer Experience Manager when contacted. They were pleasant to deal with but you have to make the running

Since my move into this property a few months ago, which had its share of issues, the situation improved significantly under Jocelyn's management. Her outstanding communication skills were immediately apparent, ensuring she was always ahead of any concerns. She carefully arranged maintenance and repairs, consulting with me to schedule these at convenient times and confirming details meticulously. Serving as my main point of contact, Jocelyn's organizational abilities, politeness, and swift responses have been exceptional. Finding out she is leaving is a great disappointment; she undoubtedly has a promising future ahead. Knight Frank truly found a gem in Jocelyn, a talented and polite professional.
