I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong

From the very first contact, Jason Ung, the negotiator, has been incredibly nice and patient. He promptly responded to my inquiries and diligently helped me find solutions to any issues that arose. During the move-in process, the team was welcoming and warm, creating a positive atmosphere.I also want to express my gratitude to Emma Soanes, my property manager. Since moving in, I have encountered several facility-related problems, and she has gone above and beyond to contact the landlord and other relevant parties. Her efforts have been remarkable in ensuring that these issues are addressed as quickly as possible.Overall, my renting experience thus far has been excellent, and I attribute this to the professionalism and expertise of Knight Frank as an agency.

She was courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and I greatly appreciate that she did not engage in the usual tactics that estate agents employ to pressure prospective tenants, especially in letting situations that are always skewed heavily in favour of the owner. Louie-Mae and the TCS support team have been excellent at being attentive to any needs around the contract and house upkeep, proactive in their work on the estate, and kind helpful people to have looking after the tenants whenever we need help. I've been happily renewing the contract for almost 5 years and this is in no small part to the ease they make living here.
