It’s a pity that Josh Ward Brickett only got to serve me from 2023 onwards till today. It would have been fantastic if I have had the opportunity to know him earlier because he was ever so helpful so obliging and interested in whatever he’s tasked to do. GoogleIf the market is really strong (which it often is in Cheltenham) and you need an agent to list the property, wait for the phone to ring and just take orders then Knight Frank are the agents for you. If you need an agent to really work hard to find buyers and really sell your property to those buyers then this is not the agent for you. They are order takers rather than sales agents. Expensive, glossy and high end veneer without much substance or service beneath it.

I can't stretch enough what a great experience to have Phillip look after any queries I had the past months (which is truly rare in most property management firms). Overall amazing experience so far with Knight Frank, they simply take it to the next level and put in place an emergency number you can call outside working hours and it does live up to the standards one would expect ! I got them sending me a plumber on a Sunday less then 2hrs after making the call … can’t beat that ! and that’s just one example.
