GoogleErrington Smith were the property managers of a house we were letting when the interior was destroyed by water damage while we were away. An interior gutter was backed up causing catastrophic damage to the interior and our property. The property owner was responsible for the maintenance of the gutter and it's failure was not noticeable until after the damage was done. Despite numerous promises to provide information we needed to process a claim, they never did. Our relying on their word was a mistake.

GoogleWe’ve just moved into a lettings property from erringtonsmith and the whole process was smooth and speedy. The team were great to deal with. The perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. The property was presented well online, with photos that didn’t distort room sizes and proportions. Once we’d had our offer accepted, their online processes were very efficient, with email prompts easing us into the next step. Plus, the team were always on hand to answer any questions. It only took two weeks from seeing the property to getting the keys! We would definitely recommend erringtonsmith.

GoogleI can’t thank Errington Smith lettings for a smooth and efficient service they provided with helping me with my relocation from London to Cheltenham. Nothing was too much of an issue and even allowed for a video viewing but luckily I was able to make it in person with Winnie who was absolutely fantastic! Karen and Charlie in the office were also a delight to speak with, their tone, tenor and professionalism was really noticeable 🙂 Anyone who is look to rent/buy a property in Cheltenham, I would certainly make contact with Errington Smith lettings.

GoogleTwo years ago our house was vacant on the market for a one month, because previous agent could not find a new tenant. Then Yolande contacted us and offered help. In a week time we had a new tenant in the house. Yolande was open, friendly, genuine and at the same time very professional and efficient. Property management team Tilly and Ally also provided excellent service. Always helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Errington Smith have been managing our property for two years and during this time we received consistently highest quality service. Yolande, Tilly and Ally big thanks for your great help. I gave 5 stars and highly recommend Errington Smith.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through ErringtonSmith. As a first time buyer the whole process could have been quite confusing. Karen was my main point of contact and I could not have asked for more in an estate agent. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and quick to response to queries. Everything was explained thoroughly and the purchase proceeded very smoothly. The team were all consummate professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend ErringtonSmith and should I ever come to sell my house, I will be heading to them first!

GoogleErrington Smith, particularly Karen Short has been incredibly helpful from putting in offer to completion. Although as the buyer we weren't technically their client, they went out of their way to assist with pushing the purchase through. Can highly recommend.
