We have been customers of andrews mordern branch for 3 years. We had a lettings issue and could only speak to the sales manager Brian who was available. Even though it was not Brian’s department, he went above and beyond to help resolve our issue. He followed up days after to ensure the issue was resolved. Brian understands how to treat customers and is the main reason we will continue to stay with andrews.

GoogleSTAY AWAY! The absolute worse. Unprofessional, money driven, narcissistic agency. If I could leave -10 stars I would. Me and my partner were moving to Cheltenham from a different city while I was heavily pregnant, and their property was advertised to us as a luxury penthouse. We visited the property but the tenants still lived there and they were really very messy and unclean, so not able to properly judge the property but was promised to deliver a high standard property. The date we moved in we found many many faults in the property a list of 19 faults and a dirty toilet. We obviously complained and they never actioned this. We also found out that the property's pipe work was poorly built and had ongoing sewage. This was also reported and they didn't care. We hired a specialist to analyse the place and the report confirmed this. The sewage caused airborne contamination causing me to have a stomach bug while pregnant they still didn't care. I was unable to take medication as it would affect the baby. I continued being sick, and couldn't even use the toilets because you would have all kind of waste raised up to the brim. Under this circumstances we had to move but they still wanted to hold us to the contract even though the property was not in conditions to be rented.They would be nice and understanding on the phone but then send hostile emails demanding to hold terms of contract even after we moved out. They lied to the landlords about the situation and they only learnt about this situation after we contacted them directly. We had to get our solicitors involved to get us out of this situation few months later. They had no compassion for someone who was due to have a baby any moment. All they see is money.

GoogleGreat service from the whole team at Andrews. This is the 2nd house we have sold with them and we were amazed at how many viewings were scheduled in such a short time and to then get an offer on the same day was amazing! Not only are the team professional and know their stuff, they are also a pleasure to deal with in what can at times be a stressful process! Couldn’t fault them from start to finish and would use again (if we ever move again once we recover from the stress of packing and unpacking!)

After signing the contract and paying rent and the deposit, I was told (2 days before I moved in) the flat was unsafe because it didn't have a thermostat and got told to live somewhere else until they got it fixed.

Incompetence of the highest level.Staff turnover is shocking which says it all.Be prepared to go into legal battle over negligence to get them to do anything.Do not buy a leasehold property if managed by Andrews.

I am a landlord that had links with Andrews for over 16 years. I just required a simple renewal/extention of an existing tenant contract (AST) with no change of tenants. Andrews increased the price of this by a staggering 360% in 2022 compared to 2021. Unjustified and greedy.
