I had a great experience with Matt woods as the estate agent for the property I was buying, the process in itself was a shamble but thanks to Matt constantly chasing the onward chain for updates, keeping myself and my partner in the loop at every opportunity, easy to get in contact with and respond to emails the same day definitely make the process easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend Matt & Rebecca at Andrews estate agents in bedminster both very professional and experienced massive thank you!

Exceptional service

I simply cannot recommend Andrews (Wallington), especially Ben Gordon-Smith enough. Having separated from my husband and living with family it was a very hard time for me and my x2 girls. After viewing a number of properties and not being selected, I saw a 2nd property through Andrews and got to meet Ben in person and explained my situation.After initially not being selected for a 2 bedroom flat in Wallington, 2 weeks later Ben contacted me to say that the initial people selected had a change in circumstances and if I was still looking he could speak to the landlord. He recommended me and really supported and helped me and my guarantor through the process, which was not easy. He truly cares and has a heart of gold, he went out of his way to help me and at times like this a little kindness means so much. His colleagues Austin and Karen were also so helpful. The customer experience with Andrews is truly remarkable and I cannot recommend them enough.

Positive experience.

I have had experience of putting my house on the market with Andrew’s in Cheltenham, to viewing other properties with them. From valuation, to booking in viewings and providing feedback following I found all the team friendly, responsive and helpful. Furthermore when viewing other properties my experience was the same and I was given time to look around and ask questions with informed responses. Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Our small block of flats feels like it has had a rejuvenation thanks to Luke and we the Directors are most grateful.

The Journey with Andrews Office… so far

James had been an absolute pleasure to work with. We appreciated his relaxed approach during the viewing so we didn’t feel pressured but he was able to give full details regarding the property at the right time. This overall started our journey with Reigate Andrews on a positive foot as well as James positively representing the Reigate office. I enjoy when he calls as it is either to tell us something or just to let us know he knows we are still there. He has been able to build a relationship with us as sellers and buyers, professionally as well as socially so we feel comfortable to ask the awkward questions.On top of this he meets and sets expectations and delivers them. We have felt like the process with James has been genuine. He says he is ‘just doing my job’ but honestly to us it’s a massive chapter in our lives and I’m glad someone like James has been part of it! God can you imagine if we had a Karen! Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications. She constantly prioritised checking in to see what more she could do, was instant on her communication and responses and was a real shine of light throughout what was quite a tough and stressful time. Furniture deliveries when you live…

Furniture deliveries when you live abroad can be more stressful than normal - especially because you cannot be there to receive them.
