We have rented out a flat for several years now and Andrews have always managed the property for us with great professionalism . After a year struggling with a difficult and demanding tenant we were unsure whether to relet or sell . Andrews were very supportive and we opted to rent again . Thanks to the efficiency of the team , we have new tenants ready to move in within a month of the previous one leaving . We have been impressed by everyone but Anisa Haque has been excellent . Her response is quick , her approach is friendly and her knowledge level is high . We are very happy with the service we have received

We completed on the sale of our flat in Bath this week and the help and advice we received from the team at Andrews was outstanding from beginning to end. Emily in particular went above and beyond. She responded promptly to any questions we had and her negotiating skills with all the parties involved were exceptional. She was our main point of contact throughout what proved to be a very complicated sale. She dealt with all the frustrations in a very calm and efficient way. A delightfully refreshing great experience from the first viewing of our rental home, to getting our rental home, moving in and beyond. A charming team of honest, straight forward, super helpful kind people made the entire experience a pleasure. The house was a quality find and the attention to detail to all those things to ease stress was beyond my expectations after previous experience with another estate agent with many more years experience! Molly and Shannon in Downend branch have already proved we made the right decision choosing Andrews as our property agent over and over again. We were having our vacation in Paris and got into a troublesome situation while going to our next tenancy. They always made us rest assured that they will help us in this matter and they really did. They always went an extra mile beyond their job to help us solve the matters with our previous tenancy. Specially Molly kept the things in the track and was updating me and supporting me during a very bad day I was having in Disneyland. They always cared with a great humanity.We will never forget it. Andrews Lettings are a very easy and very friendly letting agency. My tenancy is coming to an end and Greg sent me an email to let me know we also spoke on the phone as it was much easier to renew my tenancy. Greg was so friendly, polite end very fast and efficient in getting everything sent over to me my tenancy was renewed today as I am writing this positive review. We only spoke yesterday so a very quick response time. I highly recommend Andrew’s letting agency and I highly recommend Greg for his quick response in dealing with important things.

Despite being very nervous as a first time seller, and especially selling under a POA, Claire and Ashley at the Westbury on Trym branch in Bristol made the whole experience smooth and pain free. Both kept me up to date with developments and were honest regarding the issues surrounding the house and how it would best be sold. I would definitely recommend Andrews as a Estate Agent for anyone considering selling a property. Many thanks to the both of you :)

I have recently sold a property of a deceased relative through Richard lougher from the Long Ashton branch. Richard was fantastic. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. We had the unfortunate situation of a 6 month delay due to probate, however Richard worked hard to ensure both parties remained updated on a regular basis and a successful sale was made. Andrews are available 6 days a week which is a bonus and Richard himself even contacted me on his day off on several occasions. Richard brings a fresh approach to estate agency.

I was looked after by Nick Woore, who was extremely responsive and professional. We originally agreed the sale in November, but unfortunately we lost our buyer. The original agreement then fell through but when we managed to sell our house Nick very kindly renegotiated with his seller and resurrected the deal. We have now exchanged contracts and everything is sealed. I would like to thank Nick for his communication throughout and would highly recommend the service.

Shamiya was waiting for me at the property, and was friendly and informative. I did not put an offer in for the place she showed me as ultimately I decided it was too far from my kids school. This was no reflection on shamiya, who was very professional. When I booked the viewing, this was done with another colleague of Shamiya’ who was equally friendly and professional. I have used Andrews at Barnet to look after my property for over five years. I am an overseas landlord living in France so it is very important for me to have an agent I can trust to look after both my property and the occupying tenant(s). Monika the property manager is outstanding responding to any queries I may have quickly and efficiently. Monika is always very polite and helpful her customer service is exceptional. I have no need or desire to use an alternative agent and would highly recommend Andrews to take care of your property especially if you are thinking of a management service.

We had a very good experience with Andrews Worcester Park in Jan/Feb '24. Kinga and Sameer responded to our enquiry swiftly enough on the same day and we arranged a viewing. The viewing was relaxed and not pushy. Our questions were answered and the ones they didn't know they said they would work on. The process from previous experiences was welcome when completing their form and they were quick to respond once it was submitted. The follow up validation process online was good too. We managed to get good response, patience when needed and communication open at all times. Ben gave us a call too in their absence and was a little nervous about transfer deadline but once discussed he was supportive. A big thanks to Kinga for getting us a revisit to measure and assure ourselves of what we had previously seen and now we had signed. Happily recommend working with them and Andrews Worcester Park given this experience.

Andrews appear to have recently reorganised their operational structure for the lettings and management side of their business. A gret improvement. You are now easily able to contact relevant personnel direct, to discuss and resolve any issues. The individual personal service, help and advice offered by Jennifer Jones at their regional property services office in Headington, Oxford was first class. This involved several issues prior to Christmas period, where seperate call outs for both plumbing and heating, were dealt with promptly and efficiently, with the minimum of inconvenience for my long standing tenant. More recently, legal advice and help on a tenancy contract was given with equal professionalism.

We were first time buyers. I'd say that you'll probably get a fantastic experience with Andrews as a seller, but it was hard to feel protected as a buyer. Andrew and Junior were great at communicating with us, where possible, patient and very cool people in general, but the process was faulty and emotionally draining.Knowingly or unknowingly, the advertised sq meters and property ownership was wrongly advertised. We only found this out after having hired a lawyer and initiated the purchase process. This is illegal and it really showed that there was no due diligence made. In a year where it was so hard to get mortgages, we were pressured to stick with the purchase, now half the advertised sq meters, as our offer in principle would expire and would put us in a very difficult position if we were to start a new process, not to mention all the costs we had invested already. We were also consistently advised not to have a survey done when the property has massive issues, as we now know. We then had issues with the seller not allowing us into the property to inspect, so we had to have our lawyer involved, but it was all very hard. It should have been made easy and comfortable for us to inspect the property we were about to buy.By the time we actually bought it, we hadn't seen the property in 5 months, which is just not right.Andrews worked very hard to make all of this happen but the seller had the upper hand and respect at all times, not us.
