I would like to share the experience received from Andrews Property Group, Morden branch, in particular both Sameer Jamani and Mikesh Patel. They were not only professional but very friendly and both went over and above the "call of duty" to provide a satisfactory and glorious outcome to my (almost) two month tenant search. I have felt happy with their services and the final outcome has been amazing! Here's me giving my 5 star recommendation for the best Estate Agents!

Shockingly bad. Andrews have recently taken over the Coop group contract to manage on behalf of the freeholder. It's hard to tell whether they are just grossly incompetent or attempting to defraud the leaseholders by issuing spurious invoices. Either way if I was a freeholder I'd avoid asking Andrews to manage my portfolio.
