We’ve had two houses out for rent in different areas of Bristol now for fifteen years and for logistical reasons both are administered from the Bishopston office We’ve had several contacts handling our account over the time and recently Rebecca Weston has starred on the occasions some maintenance has been required. Always on the ball and proactive with her communications including that rotten time through the pandemic On days of her colleagues are also very responsive Highly recommended !

I contacted Andrews agency via rightmove for an apartment in Croydon. Mr. Junior Zziwa is the negotiator from their side. He helped me with the viewings, reservation/offer forms etc. He also cleared all my doubts regarding the offer very well. With so much high demands for rented properties it's really hard to get hold of the agent atm but Junior always takes out time for their customers. If he isn't able to answer my call then he makes sure to reply over email/messages or call whenever he can and this really helps.I personally feel Andrews are lucky to have Junior in their wonderful team. I really was so impressed by the estate agent that managed our case. His name was Isaac Biggerstaff and he really was amazing. The whole Andrews property group were very efficient in responding to any queries, organised with bookings and really did seem to show genuine care. As I said, the best part was the contact had with Isaac Biggerstaff - he was so easy to talk to, really understanding about the challenges with house buying, researched any queries we had, and overall gave us at 5 star experience with the estate agent service.

TrustpilotMost careless letting agent of the UK
I have been fighting with this agent for several weeks now as they dont bother repay me the deposit. Even though the landlord agreed for the deposit to be returned to me, this agency doesnt care. In most cases they dont even answer my messages and when they do, those are just empty promises. Absolute rubbish service. AVOID!!!

Hello, We rented a house from Andrews property group while ours was fully extended and renovated and I just want to leave a good review for this company as it was an absolute pleasure to rent a house from them. They have always looked after all the things to make sure it's safe, like electrics, sockets, plugs, central heating, plumbing , they requested the gas meter to be changed when my gas provider wasn't interested. They placed 2 safety boxes for the key so I don't have to be at home when the subcontractors came. We just left the house on 3rd of May and already have the full deposit back plus interest. I had to leave a review as this type of care , professionalism and seriousness is hard to come by especially in the lettings industry. Big thank you to the Property Manager Nicola, which has replied fast and was super efficient with all that the property or I, needed.

I moved to France five years ago and in that time I have used Andrews Property Group to look after all of my property affairs. It has been reassuring to know that there is a dedicated team at Barnet lead by Tara Darling who as a very experienced manager runs a trustworthy and reliable office. No query large or small has been ignored and promptly responded to by one of their specialist team members. Should this be your first venture or you are a seasoned landlord I would recommend that you trust your property with Andrews.

Me and my husband were looking for a flat long time. Moving forward, one day we found a flat on Andrews which we liked to view. From the first touch with the letting agent, we were content and happy with their professionality. Sameer, was our negotiator. He spend time with us to explain in details all our queries, he find time for us for even second viewing of the flat and and giving us advise of how to apply, utilities advises,important information etc. A big thank you, since all the period which we have been looking for a flat, most of the agencis are not showing true hospitality to the customers, moreover, for them is the same who will get the flat, do they need more help maybe etc. Samer proove us the oposite.
