I have recently used Andrews for my property transaction. Natasha who looked after me at the Balham office was exceptional. I had absolute confidence in Natasha because she kept me informed throughout, and initiated contact with me as and when required and provided updates on progress. She anticipated each stage of the transcation in a timely manner making sure the whole process flowed seamlessly from start to finish. Thank you very much Natasha for everything you did for me

extremely bad, unprofessional. didn't give us a water reading at the beginning of our tenancy, and after one month of living there we ended up with a 200 pound water bill. very unprofessional, don't know their own job well. it's trash!

So disappointed with Andrews (Bristol) They repaid a substantial deposit back to one of my tenants two weeks into a live tenancy. They said I authorised it even after I provided proof I hadn’t. Not even an apology! So incompetent. Susan Russe.

Over the years I have heard from family and friends some real horror stories about poor customer service from estate agents in general but I have to say that Matthew and Tracey at the Reigate branch of Andrews have proven that exceptional customer service does exist. They are brilliant at communication and more than happy to answer any questions i had, while also ensuring I was up to date on the latest developments and breaking down the steps in the process in an easy to understand way. I would recommend using the Reigate branch of Andrews to anyone nervous about buying or selling without hesitation.

Had my property valued today by Jake at the Longwell green branch, what a lovely guy! Turned up on time, gave me a valuation I was expecting, he was so friendly and professional, spoke to the children and made a fuss of the dog, Andrews are lucky to have him working for them, fantastic representative of your company. If I decide to sell I will definitely use Andrews after the positive experience so far!
