If you want leeches and villainous scum to deal with when renting, then these are your go to guys! There's a certain saying regarding not doing something even if they're on fire, and that is true.Had a breach of contract for the past 8 months along with countless issues and Andrews have been about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. They caused some of the issues with their neglegence too, but love pointing fingers at anyone but themselves. Once they owned up to it they dragged their feet so much that two months down the line after the admital, they still have done nothing about sorting it. Way way way more issues but if I wrote them all here, I'd be writing a book. Although I must say my favourite issue being the fact they hired and used a cowboy builder who wasn't gas certified. This uncertified builder then removed our gas hob. When we found he wasn't certified we contacted Andrews, who couldn't care less about it. Genuinely funny how bad they are. I'm moving out in a week and quite frankly cannot wait to never deal with these scumbags again. See you in hell.Note: don't contact me with your we care rubbish, I'm going through various motions already. This is my vent and caution to others and that is all.

Andrews agency has been so unhelpful and did not once respond to my emails or calls. Whenever I was able to connect to one of you, they had no idea what was going on. There's 3 weeks to our supposed date for the first rent and not one person has informed us anything about rent, bills etc. and on top of that made our guarantors provide the same information multiple times, kept telling us to do referencing when it was completed and signed (confirmation emails were sent) and did not pick up any calls or respond to any emails. I had to go into the branch twice just to scan in my passport and even then I had to send an email with the details because of your incompetence. The guarantor and tenant would not have pulled out of the contract and wasted the holding deposit money if it weren't for Andrews agency being so unresponsive. Everything should have been sorted way before now and ready for when we start paying rent. I am pulling out of the let.

If I could I would rate it zero I would!!!They are so slow, unprofessional and wait for the paid tenants to chase up stuff… We had a broken shower door for 6 months, we ended up leaving the property and the shower door was still NOT fixed. It also took them 4 weeks nearly to fix the water, therefore myself and my boyfriend was showering in cold water or heating up the kettle in a cold December. Very slack company and the lack of remorse is a joke. Would NEVER rent a house/flat from them again..

Amazing service through out from Kish and Samuel in Romford. Kish Provided advice and guidance before property was on the market. Pictures were taken by professional photographer and looked amazing. In couple of weeks, we got an offer for out flat. Kish and Jill helped enourmously during conveyancing property and managed to complete before deadline. We'll definately recommend and use Kish again.

Tardy management agents for tenants, that’s even if the repair gets done at all without constant chasing. But the biggest issue was being given notice after 4 year tenancy - no phone call to explain why - we had move a week before Christmas as a single mother with a full-time job. The shame for them was I would of bought the property had they told me it was for sale!They then bullied their way through the deposit negotiations and made up deductions as they went along.

I found the team, especially Elvis, incredibly helpful and supportive, in what turned out to be a marathon journey from viewing the property to final completion. They were always at hand to answer my questions, and persuade vendors (who must have been getting nervous at the amount of time everything was taking) on board. I would recommend them to anyone.
