Elliot, the estate agent that has helped us secure an offer on a house has been great. He’s friendly and approachable and is easily reachable. Former employee have asked for a copy of my P45 for weeks and nothing happens. They are useless from head office to the branches themselves. I am glad I have recorded their calls and promises! I didn’t even want to give a star but I had no choice. Instead of replying to my message please just get a copy of my p45, but it can’t be that hard surely for such a successful agent like yourselves??
Thank you for your feedback. We just completed a systems upgrade that affected our ability to process requests for copy documents whilst we continued to issue originals, however we are now clearing any outstanding requests and this will be resolved for you shortly.

Our experience with Andrews has been very positive. Complicated by Covid, we had a difficult end-of-tenancy when we needed to regain our property for our own use. The staff at Andrews, particularly Mike, were extremely helpful in finding us alternative accommodation at very short notice and have been available and supportive throughout. We would not hesitate to use them again.
