Frank and honest with no hard sell

Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I had been anticipating a hard-sell approach and was very pleasantly surprised that this was nothing like the service provided. I would recommend using Andrews and will be using them in future myself.

I contacted Molly with regards to a new front door and in no time Molly had a quote, how much my share would be and also chased the job until it was completed. Highly negligent

Dreadful service, awfully slow, negligent, understaffed and overpricedNo one ever picks up when you call, or responds to your voicemails. They take weeks to respond to emails, and MONTHS for simple problems to be solved, after dozens of emails, phone calls and broken promises. Excuses constantly given such as lack of staff, but they seem to make no effort to fix this their end. So why should we have to pay the normal rate for an understaffed service? We've been through 3 property managers, none of whom ever have the time to deal with our problems. There is a total lack of communication between the staff and logged, recorded issues get lost time and time again.But when there is a mix up with the landlord's paying for an extra set of keys, then they are instantly hassling you via threatening emails (sent out of working hours) demanding money that you don't owe!Our flat has had problem after problem ignored. They really don't care.

Not a pleasant experience from the…

Not a pleasant experience from the buyer's perspective. They basically did nothing that was exceptional apart from chasing me with calls to speed things up despite that it wasn't me delaying things as the property didn't have the required documents to confirm eligibility for a mortgage to start with then the Sellers wanted to delay the completion date. However, they did offer conveyancing and mortgage services in house but would not trust they would act to my benefit so I didn't choose them (hence probably I wasn't the desired Client to bring some extra ££) as it was clear to me they wanted to make a deal ASAP. Again, from the Buyer's perspective, it was completely useless service from WOT office in Bristol with no extra added value (just so you know the state of the house when received the keys was far away from ready to move & clean, but yes I know it's not a legal requirement) So therefore I cannot think of any 'wow' moment.
