GoogleWe were interesting in a property and we made an offer that was accepted from the seller. While we’re waiting for adviser and bank answer they sold the property without even inform us and on the contrary, always telling us that nobody was interested in the house. So very low professionalism and communication.
We are sorry you feel this way, however in the interest of our client, we always request certain pieces of information before a sale can be agreed. In this instance when you offered on the property in November 2018, we requested certain documentation for the offer to be considered, this was not forthcoming. At the time we advised you that the property would remain on the open market. To date we have still not received the requested information from you, some two months after your inital interest.
