GoogleAs far as lettings go, I would steer well clear. McCartney let out a property next door to mine and had no interest in ensuring the property was maintained or inspected in a timely manner. Living next door became a nightmare with regular antisocial behavior.

YellRat Flat. No help from Mc Cartney - AVOID
Terrible company. I had loads of large rats in the flat I rented, all in the walls and the kitchen, and the agency did nothing but drag their heels. They ignored the advice of several pest control men who I had to ask they hire. Even the pest control men told me how terrible Mc Cartney were being about the issue, and that they were refusing to do as they suggested. They were slow to reply to my messages, I constantly had to send reminders, and their replies were often rude telling me basically to 'deal with it'. I eventually had to move out after only a few months of living there, they kicked me out permanently so they could fix the issue. However, I know this was not the case as they rented it out straight after I left to other people. I lost all the money I had paid in fees to the agency and they refused to reimburse these. Avoid if you want somewhere decent to live with an agency that actually cares about health and safety.
