GoogleWe were interesting in a property and we made an offer that was accepted from the seller. While we’re waiting for adviser and bank answer they sold the property without even inform us and on the contrary, always telling us that nobody was interested in the house. So very low professionalism and communication.
We are sorry you feel this way, however in the interest of our client, we always request certain pieces of information before a sale can be agreed. In this instance when you offered on the property in November 2018, we requested certain documentation for the offer to be considered, this was not forthcoming. At the time we advised you that the property would remain on the open market. To date we have still not received the requested information from you, some two months after your inital interest.

FacebookTerrible company. My partner had loads of rats in the flat she rented, all in the walls and the kitchen, and the agency did nothing but drag their heels. They were slow to reply to her messages, she constantly had to send reminders, and their replies were often rude. She eventually had to move out after only a few months of living there, lost all the money she had paid in fees to the agency. Avoid if you want somewhere decent to live with an agency that actually cares about health and safety.
