GoogleHi I recently looking for a en-suite room to rent, after trying few state agents in Chelmsford, I went to Leaders state agency, They really friendly and lovely people specially the young lady Libby Connolly very helpful and friendly manner helped me to find a place also guided with all the forms .and also wanted thanking George and Tom the management. GoogleThis is without a doubt the best experience I have had with an Estate Agent in my adult life. All members of staff were friendly and supportive and also very proactive and on the ball with completing our application. In my years living in the Chelmsford area I have had very mixed experiences with other local Estate Agents, and have found others to be quite snobby and patronising and slow to respond - Leaders were a breath of fresh air for me! I received nothing short of exemplary customer service and they helped me and my friend find a perfect new home in an ideal location. We couldn't be more pleased or grateful.

GoogleFinding a place to rent while you are in another country is a really big deal. We were so lucky to have Leaders guide me and my husband throughout all the renting procedura. I was more than happy with everything they had offer. Thank you Joshua,Emily and Lindsey for all the support and patience you had given. I higly recommend!

GoogleWorst service ever. Eager to sign you up and take your money. Yet when the property has a leak from the ceiling, which was promised to be fixed by the time you move in still hasn't after six months they don't want to know. Water leaks, mould growing, room unusable - THEY DON'T CARE. Then charge you nearly £1000 to break contract and move out of a property which is uninhabitable anyway. Constantly dealing with liars within this company. Never again - steer well clear if you want a place you can actually live in!!! (Also lied through their teeth about parking availability for the flat, "allocated space" apparently means in another block of flats 10 minute walk away).

We are sorry to here you were not satisfied with our service. This issue was however beyond our control the maintenance issue you have referred to was in fact the responsibility of the Block Management company, RMC, we did everything possible to get them to complete the works quickly but as it was subject to an insurance claim there was little we were able to do. We did however keep you up to date with everything we were aware of and at no point did we ever lie (our calls are recorded). The defect caused a small number of stains to the ceiling with some flaking paint, the room was not unusable and WE DO CARE. Unfortunately our powers are limited in such a situation, we do not own the property and we do not manage the block of flats we spent hours communicating with the relevant parties to get this resolved.

GoogleI have hired Leaders twice now for new tenants and found it to be successful. The staff are polite and efficient. I took the rent guarantee insurance so they look after my tenant’s rent. Definitely use again when this tenant leaves the property.

GoogleSuperb Letting Agent. I have used a lot of agents during my time as a Landlord and Leaders are by far the best. The Chelmsford Branch is a solely lettings branch which I believe makes them a lot more focussed and driven as a pose to other agents. Highly recommend

Googlei felt extremely supported by the whole team at leaders they were very laid back and help us with our situation which other estate agents just looked down there nose at, we had so much support which made it easier to move into our first flat! would highly recommend useing leaders as it's a friendly service and they always endeavour to make sure your needs are met. thank you guys :)

GoogleNot great, not absolutely shocking. They are very quick to pester you for a response when they want something but when its a request from the tenant they take weeks to get back to you. We also found that they moved and opened our personal items when we werent present without permission under the pretense of taking photos of the flat.
