GoogleWe shopped around this time before agreeing a deal with leaders . The other Estate agents seemed to have very hefty charging structures. Leaders were very positive about our property and got us a £75 per month increase in rent which completely justified their involvement . I really would recommend giving them a try .

GoogleTo be honest, I've only just appointed Leaders as new managing agents. But the experience so far has been really good. All the team have been very professional, but in the last couple of weeks Katherine, in particular, has done her best to sort out some tricky issues, and keep me up to date with what's happening. It's nice to feel that I can rely on someone! Hopefully everything will remain very positive and I look forward to a great relationship with Leaders.

GoogleI've had dealings with Lyndsey at Leasers, chelmChelm, on and off for a few years now. I've always had fantastic service and have built up a rall good relationship with Leaders. Emails and call are answered super fast, and they always look after you. I can highly recommend Leaders.

GoogleIt's been a pleasure to work with Leaders. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and my search for a house couldn't have been made any easier. I'd like to commend Tom who showed us around - he was very charismatic and professional, and there was great communication. The staff at Leaders are always ready to answer questions, and go the extra mile to make things as practical as possible. Would definitely come to Leaders again in the future.

GoogleI have rented a lot of properties and my experience with Leaders has been really positive, Attending to the branch originally and talking to both Mica and Emily they were both very helpful and knowledgeable of the Chelmsford area, After we moved into the property we had a few issues which we reported to our property manager Daniel who had the engineer our same day to repair these. Would highly recommended this agent as their professionalism shines! 🌟
