GoogleIt was a really bad experience with the leaders of the new rented home. During the viewing of the property, they had agreed to ensure that the property, especially the garden and bathroom, would be in proper condition and cleaned. However, the cleanliness was very poor, and general cleaning was not carried out as promised. We didn't expect this from the leaders, and it's a very bad experience with them.

I found that Katherine and Leaders kept me up to date with lettings and then throughout the process of signing a letting agreement. The Chelmsford branch manager, Chris, was exceptionally helpful in pointing me towards a property that best suited my needs, and Katherine was always there for me on the end of the phone when I was unsure of the next steps. I would absolutely recommend Leaders, if you’re looking for a caring, efficient and understanding letting agent.

GoogleI recently had a problem with a tenant subletting my property, resulting in all sorts of difficulties. Lyndsey and her team of James and Katherine were extremely helpful in negotiating new tenancy agreements. Leaders rates were extremely competitive and the team kept me informed at all stages. I certainly recommend them.

GoogleI have been renting a couple of properties in the Chelmsford area for many years and have never come across Leaders. I was looking for a new agent to secure a new tenant and manage my larger property. I was introduced to Leaders through my maintenance contractor. I have dealt with Lyndsey, Emily and Mica through the whole process of finding a family to secure the rental. They secured a family in just over 8 days of the property being on the market which is usually unheard of for larger properties. From start to finish we have always been regularly updated on the process of the rental. It was straight forward and stress free. It's been a few months since my tenants have been in the property and I have also dealt with their maintenance department directly which was all dealt with in a timely manner. I highly recommend using Leaders, they exceed in communicating and professionally when offering their services.

GoogleWe've experienced as Tenants but any Landlords out there I can recommend this team as being professional, excellent at matching clients to a property. Genuinely helpful. Misha has been superb. The whole team. Having enough cash to pay for a 12 month let means nothing unless you find an Agent who can work with you. Finding a place to live can be stressful. So glad we popped in on the off chance. Two very happy medical students and model tenants. Highly recommend them.
