GoogleAbsolute shambles. Drove 40 minutes to view a property. Waited 15 minutes, no one tried to contact me. No answer at the office. 15 minutes later I finally speak to someone who says I can’t view the property today. Complete waste of my time.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, the team at HP - Chelmsford have been hugely supportive throughout, ensuring the process ran smoothly. Particular shout outs to Sam, who managed the initial process in a very professional and proactive manner, providing some much needed reassurance, and Jo, who's mortgage advice proved invaluable in securing the best possible deal. I would have no hesitation in using HP again for future moves / recommending their services to friends and family.

GoogleVery Friendly and Easy to work with. The customer service was amazing, the PPE protocols where upfront and simple to understand. It was quick service from my enquiry to sending me information and confirmation it was under a hour and on the day we had a follow up call from HOME to confirm we are still comfortable with our appointment on the day. GoogleBradley, Tracey and Kaye have been such a pleasure to deal with. They found great tenants for one of my rental property in Chelmsford, conducted all the proper due diligence, kept me updated, and managed the property very well. I cannot fault the team - even during COVID-19, they were a phone call or email away and proactively kept on top of all matters. As a developer and investor, I have used several agents in Essex since 2014 - and personally, I have yet to experience a better lettings service than with The Home Partnership. They are a close-knit team and I highly recommend any landlord seeking for an excellent lettings service to contact them. More recently, I am looking to buy another property in Chelmsford. The sales team are helpful, providing me with unbiased suggestions and some valuable guidance to assist me with my purchase decisions during this current climate. Great team with excellent communications, digital on-boarding processes, marketing services and terrific value for money. GoogleI found all of the staff I dealt with open, friendly and efficient. My house was marketed in September 2020 and viewings were handled by HP as I had already moved out of the area. Although I will not be able to use HP again for the foreseeable , I would recommend them to those of you who are looking for a home in Essex.

From the top member of the Firm to the most junior, I was put at ease from the word go. Experience, Courtesy and Friendship shown by all the staff, made me feel very special. The actual selling of the house was professional and speedy. From the Open House to the actual sale only took a few weeks. I was kept informed and advised at every step of the way. I would have no qualms to recommend The Home Partnership to anyone putting their property on the market.
