Googlei was struggling with a competitor to sell my flat and after 4 months we had no realistic offers. In one week Home got me 5 viewings and an offer OVER the asking price- which i promptly accepted. They will be helping my buy my next property for sure

GoogleWe bought our house with the Home Partnership 8 years ago and they were fantastic, so we knew we wanted to sell with them when the time came. They were once again professional, efficient and communicative. They arranged lots of viewings; chased up feedback; vetted our buyers; were proactive in following up paperwork; and supportive with the final exchange. From the valuation, through viewings and offers, to final completion, they were brilliant and we highly recommend them.

GoogleI used Home partnership last year for a sale/purchase of a property and they were excellent ! I dealt mainly with Jay who was brilliant ! He was very knowledgable, trustworthy, and kept me up to date with progress. Jay at Home has just dealt with a sale of a property for me, and he has been brilliant again. I went back to use Home as I had a very good experience with them last year. Jay again was very trustworthy and reassuring. Would recommend time again ! 5 stars !!

GoogleThe WORST estate agent I came accross, massive delays on sorting issues, late replies, delayed repairs due costings and giving cheap excuses... 0 care about tenants. AVOID!!!!
The landlord has approved all recommended repairs, and we have been fully committed to completing them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, delays occurred due to you denying access to the property within normal working hours, which hindered our ability to proceed as scheduled. We have been working closely with the council, who have independently confirmed that our requests for access during normal working hours were more than reasonable, and the delays were directly linked to the restricted access with you demanding works were completed outside of contractors reasonable working hours. As you know, all repairs are now complete. We continue to maintain open lines of communication with you to ensure any remaining issues are promptly addressed. However, we must reiterate that, as previously advised, we will no longer engage in any correspondence that includes disrespectful or abusive language to any of our staff or contractors. We believe that maintaining a professional and respectful dialogue is essential for resolving any concerns. Thank you for your understanding.

They communicated with us every step of the way to ensure the sale went through quickly and smoothly and we are incredibly happy. GoogleSelling your house can be stressful, or so I was led believe. With Home, from the moment we had a valuation to the completion of our property everything ran smoothly and that is down to the hard work and professionalism from the team. We were kept informed at every step of the way. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and informative. Stacy and Scott gave us lots of advice when selling and Jo was excellent at liaising with solicitors. Thank you also to Ellie for keeping us up to date too. Home also recommended a solicitor and removal company, both of them absolutely brilliant. We cannot thank the whole team at Home enough for making our journey with them so smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleOur first contact was with Steve Cook, and we liked his realistic approach, not gushingly enthusiastic like some of the other agents we considered using. The property details they prepared were great, particularly the outside photo of the property, which showed it at its absolute best and was thoughtfully done. Having found a buyer quickly, they stayed in touch throughout, and Jo was particularly helpful and on the ball, pushing things along. We progressed to a very quick exchange of contracts (admittedly, helped by very keen buyers), and overall we were very pleased with the services of the Home Partnership. We would certainly recommend them to friends.

GoogleI have been really impressed with Home during the sale of my flat so far. Through valuation, to securing a great photographer, to keeping me fully updated on viewings and feedback from potential buyers, I can't fault them. Despite working with a few members of the team (who have all been super helpful), I have to mention Sam in particular who has kept in touch since he came to do the first valuation and it has been great to have that consistency through what has so far been a very speedy sale! They have also been really helpful in putting me in touch with mortgage advisors and solicitors which has been brilliant. I can't recommend Home highly enough!

Their communication has been excellent and advice pragmatic regarding the two residential property sales I have used their service for in 2012 and 2023. With respect to the latter, the sale was unexpectedly delayed but their support during the time to completion was extremely helpful and beyond expectation. GoogleWe're probably one of HP's longest customers after a slow move, but it wasn't down to them at all (we found the perfect house for us so we held on for ages for it!). Kept us in the loop, gave us sound advice, kept our buyer in the know and Jo kept poking solicitors in the chain for us too. They give a personal touch and have great green credentials and awards. Definitely recommended and would sell with them again!
