GoogleJoanne helped us throughout our whole moving process it was really quick and easy would definitely recommend. We viewed lots of properties before selecting our current property. Elwell Taylor have been by far the best experience I have had with any estate agent. All of the team have been really helpful and have dealt with any issue no matter how small straight away

GoogleRude staff from receptionists to the agents! Made an enquire about a shop, went and see it and I made an offer and I was waiting for nearly 3 months for an answer and after all this time the told me it is under offer. Don’t recommend it !

This was a complicated situation due to a clash of uses on the parade of shops, one that the client could not resolve within the timescale. GoogleIn our five years as tenants and two years as a landlord we have always found that the staff and contractors of Elwell Taylor have always listened and understood our opinion when we raise a concern. The team are always on hand to help and will respond appropriately. As a landlord also they keep me informed and manage the property with great ease leaving no hassles for me which is great. Helen leads the team in a manor of a professional way and this shows daily. I would recommend them to any new Tennants or landlords. Thanks again Mr Clark (Chelmsford)

GoogleI have found the team in the lettings department to be very helpful. They deal with queries quickly and efficiently, always returning calls. I have had the most dealings with Peter who is extremely helpful and efficient, courteous and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI have been working for Elwell Taylor for the past 6 months as a sub contractor, having been introduced by Joanne. I find them extremely professional, communication is great, they’re always a phone call away if any problems arise. Payments are always on time, if not early and all is going well so far. GoogleScammed out of a "admin/tenancy" fee to secure the property. Tenant changed his mind and renewed the contract, they refused to refund me as they felt I was responsible due to my relationship with the tenant. Further action will be taken.
Dear Mr Lynch, We are sorry you feel this way, but you have not been "scammed". We are a professional company regulated by the RICS. This is a shared house and you were introduced privately via one of the current tenants to take over his room. The £50 referencing fee was non refundable and we carried out the referencing on you. Your friend/contact subsequently changed his mind and decided to stay in the property. This was not our fault and your grievance should be with him, not us.
