The services and attention given by Helen Hancey, Peter Lynn and in fact all of the Chelmsford staff are exemplary. They keep me and my tenant informed of their periodical checks, plus when any work or annual checks / certifications are required, they promptly and efficiently arrange these at reasonable cost. I cannot fault them with the service that they have so far provided.
