GoogleScammed out of a "admin/tenancy" fee to secure the property. Tenant changed his mind and renewed the contract, they refused to refund me as they felt I was responsible due to my relationship with the tenant. Further action will be taken.

Dear Mr Lynch,
We are sorry you feel this way, but you have not been "scammed". We are a professional company regulated by the RICS. This is a shared house and you were introduced privately via one of the current tenants to take over his room. The £50 referencing fee was non refundable and we carried out the referencing on you. Your friend/contact subsequently changed his mind and decided to stay in the property. This was not our fault and your grievance should be with him, not us.

GoogleI have used Elwell Taylor for the rental of my property, I live in Dorset so using a professional and reliable estate agent is invaluable. I have used many Estate Agents and have to say that Elwell Taylor are the best I have ever dealt with. They are responsive and informative and know the market well.
