GoogleI moved into my first property last year through Elwell Taylor. They were very friendly, helpful, and efficient until I moved in, answering all the questions I had. During my time living at the property, Elwell Taylor have been very good at resolving all problems as quickly as possible. I would recommend this company for all private tennants.

GoogleWe have let our flat through Elwell Taylor for several years now and would recommend them without hesitation as offering excellent service with reasonable charges. Everyone has always been extremely helpful. We have experienced very good communication, useful recommendations and have had informative results from regular inspections. Maintenance issues are also highlighted and dealt with efficiently and promptly.

GooglePurchased my first flat with Elwell Taylor over the Christmas period and found then extremely helpful. Very flexible with viewings and provided me with all the information I needed. Also worked very hard to get the property over the line before the Christmas deadline. Staff also very friendly on the phone and in person.

GoogleJust plain rude on the phone both times I had called. Despite trying to explain why I had a delay in responding and being apologetic the response was extremely unprofessional. Don't appreciate being spoken to like a child.

GoogleI've used Elwell Taylor for lettings management for 15 years and they have provided a great service at a reasonable price, but more than that, they made it easy. Easy to contact, easy to talk to and very helpful if (when) any property issues arise. And having just sold the property they were brilliant with that too!

GoogleRude staff from receptionists to the agents! Made an enquire about a shop, went and see it and I made an offer and I was waiting for nearly 3 months for an answer and after all this time the told me it is under offer. Don’t recommend it !

GoogleIn our five years as tenants and two years as a landlord we have always found that the staff and contractors of Elwell Taylor have always listened and understood our opinion when we raise a concern. The team are always on hand to help and will respond appropriately. As a landlord also they keep me informed and manage the property with great ease leaving no hassles for me which is great. GoogleScammed out of a "admin/tenancy" fee to secure the property. Tenant changed his mind and renewed the contract, they refused to refund me as they felt I was responsible due to my relationship with the tenant. Further action will be taken.
Dear Mr Lynch, We are sorry you feel this way, but you have not been "scammed". We are a professional company regulated by the RICS. This is a shared house and you were introduced privately via one of the current tenants to take over his room. The £50 referencing fee was non refundable and we carried out the referencing on you. Your friend/contact subsequently changed his mind and decided to stay in the property. This was not our fault and your grievance should be with him, not us.
