GoogleI placed an offer and the offer was accepted. I provided my AIP the next day. It is the responsibility of the agent to cancel further viewings and to take the next step to remove the property from the market. Instead, they allowed further viewings stating that an offer was already placed.
Later someone placed a higher offer than me and I lost the property. When I asked the agent they said the time between the offer being accepted and the AIP received they accepted a few viewings and the seller insisted agent to continue with viewing even though the offer is accepted.
The agent tried their best to cancel the viewing but the seller doesn't agree which is not fair.
So if you are a buyer once the offer is accepted insist on them and cancel all viewings. Agent should do it without asking.
Looks like money is more important than professionalism.

We are really disappointed to read your review and that you are unhappy with the service provided to you when trying to purchase a property through our company.
Firstly, please let me apologise to you for the experience that you had, we take your comments and review very seriously.
Hopefully you can see from all of our other reviews that we are a genuine and reputable company and we take pride in our reputation. That’s why it’s so disappointing to read your review.
I know that Joshua from our office has already contacted you and asked if you would consider removing this review as it is not our fault that you lost out on purchasing the property and we feel it Is unjust and unfair that this negative review could tarnish our reputation but you were not willing to do so. So we will reply in full below.
I have read the file regarding the offer you made on one of our properties. I am aware that you had made an offer that was acceptable to our vendor and the offer was accepted providing that you produced all documentation that we require and that the property would remain on the market until we received this from you.
This is company policy as we have a duty of care to our vendors not to remove a property from the market until a buyer has been qualified that they are in a financial position to proceed with the property purchase.
If we just accepted buyers offers and removed properties from the market without any buyer or financial qualification then we would not be providing the best service to our sellers and certainly would not be fulfilling our duties as an Estate Agent.
You were made aware that the property would remain on the market until the documentation had been provided.
Unfortunately, in the time of waiting for you to provide the above documentation a higher offer was then made by another buyer for the property that the vendor chose to accept.
We have a legal obligation to put offers forward to our vendor.
We actually advised our vendor to proceed with you as the property buyer in spite of the other offer being at a higher amount because we genuinely believed that you were in a better position as a buyer.
However, ultimately it is the vendors decision which buyer/offer they choose to proceed with and we have to take their instructions.
We are the acting agent for the sale of the property, not the homeowner.
I note your comment that “money is more important than professionalism” and take this quite personally because this is certainly not the case. I would like to make you aware that for the sale of this property we were operating on a fixed commission fee not a percentage of the sale price so we would not be financially benefitted in anyway by proceeding with the higher offer.
The only person financially benefitted would be the vendor.
I wanted to make this abundantly clear because I certainly would not want you thinking that we specifically tried to sell the property to another buyer for our own financial gain. This is absolutely not the case.
We sincerely apologise that you were unable to purchase the property on this occasion and wish you the best of luck with your property search.
We hope in time that once the dust has settled you will reconsider removing this review.

He did so, was very very helpful and polite and pleasant to deal with. He also recommended a mortgage broker for us, who has also been wonderful to deal with.

Additionally, the tone of the interactions felt quite aggressive. I believe that attending a customer care course could be beneficial for the team. Having dealt with many people and services over the years, I feel that some training in this area would greatly enhance their service.

GoogleI would definitely not recommend these estate agents..I did unfortunately pay them thousands of pounds ,and had to push them every day whereby I it wasn't for myself pushing I would have paid extra in stamp duty. The MD lacks any understanding ,or takes no responsibility for their unprofessional way they had dealt with the sale of my property..Mike the MD just states. Well will sold at market value..He is a rock manager that hides under a rock..They did nothing amazing but caused more issue and headache..Like I've stated. If I did not push daily then nothing would have happened therefore asking me whom had used and pay this company thousands would I Recommend them the answer is No

This is the second review that you have left our company over the past couple of days. We responded to your first review clarifying the situation and since we have replied you have deleted your review and left us this new one because you clearly did not like that we had made it abundantly clear that you had no grounds for leaving us a negative review.
Looking through your review history on Google, we can see that you have left three estate agents 1* reviews as well as a solicitor. It is clear that you were very frustrated with the process of selling/buying property. You have even gone out of your way to leave a local McDonald’s a 1* review.
We will again clarify the situation below:
We are obviously very disappointed to read your review. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest level of service to our customers to achieve them their goals in the house moving process.
We were unfortunately anticipating you leaving us a negative review due to your threats to slander our company if we did not give in to your demands to reimburse your costs for removal vans.
Your complaint to us was in relation to difficulties with booking removal vans and also over agreeing completion dates for your house move. As we stated in our response to your complaint, this is not a reflection on us or our service to you.
We are extremely happy and proud that we were able to achieve you the full asking price for your property in a quick timescale but we are disappointed that our hard work has been forgotten about due to your frustration with moving dates which is ultimately the responsibility of your solicitor as these are legal issues.
We are very happy though, that we were able to achieve you the asking price for your property and that we got you moved prior to the stamp duty holiday deadline, saving you thousands of pounds in additional moving costs.

They are only out for money and will try to squeeze every penny out of you, while being useless, rude and arrogant.
