GoogleMark and Julue Buchanan were excellent on everything they did for us nothing was a problem. They kept us up to speed with the sale of the House that was sold on our behalf I woykd certainly recommend there business to family , friends etc. A big and massive thanks to you both.

GoogleFrom the start, via a very bumpy road to completion (due to a very challenging buyer), Mark & Julie have been absolutely fantastic and certainly go the extra mile. Buying a house is a game to some people and the stress they can inflict can be incredibly challenging. Mark & Julie were with us every step of the way. I cannot thank and recommend them enough! You will absolutely get value for money and after all, looking for an estate agent is certainly not just about the quality of the pictures they take. It’s about who will support you through the process, push the solicitors, liaise with the buyers and keep you updated throughout. To top it off, Mark’s pictures and drone footage were also outstanding, we even questioned if we wanted to keep the house because it looked so good! In a matter of days we had 8 offers! Cannot recommend enough!!! There’s a reason they’re award winning! 👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Handled the offers and completed the sale. The sales progressor was brilliant, kept me informed right up to completion. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. GoogleIt’s hard to know where to start with this 5 star review but if I could give 10 stars I would. Mark and Julie go beyond any expectation of not only an estate agents but also a business in general. Their understanding and empathy towards your individual goals and expectations is crazy when you consider they balance everyone. I couldn’t imagine balancing lots of versions of me who have a dream home but need lots of help to get it. The UK purchasing system is rough but with these two at the healm you can literally move mountains. Thank you xx

GoogleCannot speak highly enough of this estate agents, both Mark and Julie, so professional and helpful, guided me through the process so excellently and with the minimum amount of stress for me. Having been someone who has been stung by poor estate agents in the past, let me tell you in no uncertain terms, don't wast your time with your move, first choice or any of the others, if you are in the Workington/West Cumbria area, you have to go with Mark Bucanan property group. 5* service. You won't be disappointed.
