Very poor communication, no calls returned for 2 days and offers being held back to vendors due to lack of staff. We viewed a property with an agent who could not answer any questions . Very disappointed !!! I will certainly not be selling through these guys .

False advertising in zoopla they add a price of 350k and once you start negotiating the price they say they only would accept offers close to 400k.

Unfortunately, demand from tenants at present significantly outweighs the supply of available properties, so I appreciate fully those tenants' frustrations who are unable to secure something.
