I had a very awkward tenant who wanted to vacate at short notice without payment - Karen EW was very knowledgeable and ensured that the matter was resolved without having to litigate. Furthermore she went to extraordinary lengths to help me secure a new tenant.Beresfords have acted for me for over ten years and I cant see why i would consider any other agent.

Terrible service as letting agents. Not helpful at all. Was messed around a lot when trusting them. Tricked into leasing another year and misinformed when landlord was selling. Told to leave heating on all day and night to get rid of metres of mould after two weeks of moving in. Ridiculous. Would arrange viewings without our acknowledgment I feel as if my good nature was taken advantage of.
