I was with one of the two big online agents for a year, as well as a known high street agent for 6 months. Having had around 50 viewings and no takers. Rico at BE knocked on my door and offered his services. Within days arranged a viewing, offer was made and accepted. We finally sold the house! The service all the way to completion was outstanding, with his colleague Jules keeping us posted regularly of progress. Wish I'd gone to them first. Could have sold earlier before the prices dropped!

GoogleAfter rentint one of they’re properties for about 5 years with no issues whatsoever we got told from this agency that the landlord was going to sell the property and we got served section 21 even though we offered to pay more rent if necessary or to give us more time to find someone suitable close by, unfortunately we got told this was not possible as the landlord did not agree.
Today this property is available to rent more than £450 that we were paying.
Zero compassion for the tenant, only greed

We appreciate how frustrating this situation must have felt and understand the upset it can cause. However, we would like to clarify that as the managing agent, we act strictly on our landlord’s instructions.
At the time, the landlord advised us they intended to sell the property and therefore served notice in line with the relevant legislation. We communicated this decision transparently and acted only as instructed.
The landlord later decided to re-let the property instead, which is also their legal right, and we again acted accordingly.
We always aim to treat tenants fairly and professionally, but decisions regarding sale, re-letting, and rental price are ultimately made by the landlord, not the agent.
Please don’t shoot the messenger. Our role is to facilitate and manage, not to override our client’s instructions
