GoogleI’ve sold multiple family homes over the years and can honestly say my experience with Beaulieu Estates has been on a completely different level.
From start to finish, Richard and Rico were exceptional. Their knowledge of the local market, attention to detail and overall approach stood out immediately. What really impressed me though was the strategy they used to sell my home. It was unlike anything I’ve come across before. Clear, well thought out and ultimately very effective.
The entire team operates at a very high standard, but a special mention has to go to the sales progression side. Jinny and Jules were outstanding throughout. Their communication was consistent, proactive and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.

From start to finish I can’t fault a thing. Chandler gave me excellent advice from the off and despite the local market being flooded with 2 bed flats, he sold my property within 3 weeks.
Their Photographer is also excellent and the images they used to market my property were head & shoulders above the others on Rightmove too, which I’m sure contributed to our quick sale.

We appreciate how frustrating this situation must have felt and understand the upset it can cause. However, we would like to clarify that as the managing agent, we act strictly on our landlord’s instructions.
At the time, the landlord advised us they intended to sell the property and therefore served notice in line with the relevant legislation. We communicated this decision transparently and acted only as instructed.
The landlord later decided to re-let the property instead, which is also their legal right, and we again acted accordingly.
We always aim to treat tenants fairly and professionally, but decisions regarding sale, re-letting, and rental price are ultimately made by the landlord, not the agent.
Please don’t shoot the messenger. Our role is to facilitate and manage, not to override our client’s instructions
