GoogleBeaulieu Estates handled our recent house sale, and they could not have been more professional, hard working, and personable. Frankly, if all estate agents followed their lead, the whole industry would have a dramatic uptick in its reputation! Our sale was incredibly challenging with months of delays due to the lower chain, and Beaulieu Estates went over and above to try and resolve issues and ensure that we were kept well informed of developments. It felt like they were the only proactive agents involved in the chain. We honestly believe that if it wasn't for their proactivity and dilligence that the whole chain would have collapsed and we are incredibly thankful for all their hard work, and that we chose them in the first place. Both Connor and Chandler did a brilliant job throughout the transaction, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. What they provide is more of a personal touch, which makes all the difference when you are going through something as stressful as a house move. We wouldn't consider using any other agents.

We decided to try Beaulieu Estates after having had our house on the market for several months with another agent. It became clear they were in a different league from the very start, their photos and representation of our property were night and day compared to the agent we were with previously. We received several requests for viewings within hours of our house being online, all of which were ideally suited to the property we were selling. Rico and the team kept us updated with everything on WhatsApp and answered any questions we had quickly, which was ideal with my wife and I working full-time. I cannot recommend Beaulieu Estates enough, they made everything incredibly easy for us and I’d use them time and time again.

GoogleVery unprofessional estate agents. We called multiple times to arrange a viewing, but despite our efforts, they never turned up. Extremely disappointing service and a complete waste of our time. I would not recommend them.

We have searched our system using your name but cannot find any record of contact, viewing requests or appointments associated with you. We are also a little confused by the suggestion that we “never turned up”, as all confirmed viewings are logged within our system and attended by a member of our team. We would genuinely like to investigate what has happened here and establish whether there has been a misunderstanding. Please email us at info@beaulieuestates.co.uk with the property address and details of when the viewing was arranged, and we will look into this fully. If a viewing was formally booked with Beaulieu Estates, we will have a record of the appointment on our system, which also automatically emails confirmation of the viewing to all parties at the time the appointment is booked. Beaulieu Estates has just sold my house in Chelmsford and I cannot praise highly enough the care and attention shown to me throughout the sale process. Every effort was made to find a buyer and throughout I was kept informed by Rico Shabir how things were progressing. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered by Shabir, regardless of the time of day or evening. A credit to his profession. Beaulieu provided sensible advice on pricing the property in line with the market and bingo, the sale is now completed. Thanks especially also to Jinny Walker for her guidance in concluding the sale. Should I move again, then Beaulieu Estates will be my agent.

I used Chandler and the excellent staff at Beaulieu Estates to sell my house in Chelmer Village via their affiliate business Chelmer Village Estates. Chelmer Village Estates sold my house in under 10 days. The guys and girls at Chelmer Village Estates were superb the whole way through from the first minute to the last. They made the whole process effortless and were always one step ahead whenever I spoke to them (which to be fair to them wasn’t required that often). Thank you Chandler, Charlotte and everyone else at Beaulieu Estates and Chelmer Village Estates. If you are in Chelmsford and thinking of selling, you should definitely give Beaulieu Estates a call first. My go to Estate Agents from now on. Thanks

Cannot say enough about how they put the clients first. Paul was there for us the whole way and helped get things moving when the chain seemed to be stuck in the mud. And to put in perspective of the whole thing he was our sellers agent! Really greatful for them. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend enough!
