GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I recently bought a house through this company, and the process was smooth up until completion. After that, everything went downhill. Our personal data was repeatedly shared with third parties without our consent. My partner was contacted by building companies about a property he has never lived in (a property my mum lives in) and was even informed that their rent would be increasing. He was also contacted regarding a Section 21 notice that was intended for my mum. Each time they called, my partner clearly explained that he was not on the tenancy and had never lived at the property, yet the calls continued. I gave the branch manager the opportunity to resolve the issue. She assured me it had been sorted, but on the very same day my stepdad received a text containing both mine and my partner’s personal information, information that has absolutely nothing to do with him. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The ongoing data breaches from September until now are completely unacceptable and show a serious lack of care when handling personal information.

GoogleFriendly agent and keen on availability but lacks knowledge in digital work. Maybe is not important for other people but was super important for us to have everything in good shape and on time, which we haven't. If we had had a signed contract from the counter party with a date of entry at the corresponding moment we would have started that tenancy. Best of luck

GoogleWe found Clint after having a bad experience with a high street estate agents, and it was the best thing we done. We went from no communication and no effort, to great communication, updates and hands on approach with Clint. His marketing is brilliant, better than any other estate agents I’ve come across. Clint not only helps with the selling but all aspects of the process start to finish. Highly recommend.

GoogleTerrible support! While the software is ok and probably has potential, the whole system is hindered by the lack of support. The sales rep sold us the dream and left us high and dry. Support is via an annoying chat bot chat interface inside the app, support sucks and take too long to respond. Most of the time, they'll tell you that someone will call you back but as you can image agents are on the phone all day and typically need to return phone calls. As there is no dedicated number to call this is annoying! I'm now looking for an alternative with a PHONE NUMBER. Until then 1-star matey!
