GoogleCannot recommend Allison highly enough. I had a tenant issue and my letting agent had no idea how to handle, I had seen Allison recommended in a property fb group. I got in touch by email with my query and she replied promptly with clear detailed advice giving a clear insight into next steps. Allison charged me a very reasonable fee to review the paperwork to ensure all was inline if we needed to take any action. Luckily, the tenant moved out a few weeks after their agreed date so no further assistance was required. If I ever needed these services again Allison would be my first choice.

GoogleThey treat buyers really badly, don't answer phone don't answer emails, and don't do what they say they will do, unprofessional bunch of jokers. The email address they gave me to discuss this further won't accept my email or doesn't exist. See screenshot. They can't even lie well

GoogleI saw a few other posts about how this company will accept your bid as a winner and then accept higher bids afterwards. I didnt think it was a big deal, maybe an accident. My first interaction with this company, I won an auction and received confirmation. They took another bid 40 mins later and lied about when that bid came in. I told them my lawyer is involved and they admitted they had made a mistake. I was told if the other party did not pay by 1130 I would be the winner again. The other party didnt pay and they started the auction again at a price above my winning and accepted bid. Trust in this auction house at your own peril.

GoogleThis property auction team wasted my time twice. The first time, I won the property and was told to sign the agreement and transfer the fee. Just as I was about to transfer the funds, they called me and said the property had been sold privately instead. The second time, I placed 8 bids, and they kept extending the auction time for the other party. It honestly felt like they had already decided who they wanted to sell the property to, and the auction was just a formality. In the end, they extended the time again for the other bidder and then suddenly ended the auction within seconds. Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, they are just time-wasters and not transparent with the auction process.

It saves us a significant amount of time on out-of-area viewings and visits, all for a very reasonable fee. We’re now exploring the wide range of additional services they offer, which are impressively extensive. GoogleI admit I’m a bit of a plantaholic. I ordered from Urban Jungle years ago and remembered about them when I was buying new perennials. Wow. The quality of their plants are phenomenal. I normally order roses from specialist rose nurseries, but even with their roses, Urban Jungle kicks everyone into the ball park. Stunning size, exceptionally healthy, including the roots. The plants are packed so carefully and arrived with zero damage. Highly recommended indeed.
