A huge thank you to Peter and Claire for their help on our new home. Always so efficient and helpful. Brilliant service as always. We have used Peter at balgores many times. He has been amazing as always and does not fail to respond quickly with updates or silly questions. Even when there has been issues, Peter has always managed to sort them for us. Claire was great too, anytime we got stuck Claire stepped in and sorted the glitch. We recommend their service and will no doubt use Pete again. Keep it up guys 👍🏼

Very thankful to the whole Balgores Team

Being the FTB, we were not clear with the home buying process, mortgage, home insurance but had preconceived notions. And then we met Balgores property team- Chris & Chloe and mortgage team Pete, Donna and Claire. As soon as we said yes to the house, they arranged everything for us and the whole process was closed in 2 months time; extremely efficient team. We asked for it and they arranged it for us like a genie. A special word of appreciation should definitely go to Pete; our mortgage advisor who answered our million queries and propositions and paid attention to even silliest ones. Highly proactive to reply emails and phone calls. Thank you so much Pete for your perseverance and the support extended. I wish all the good luck to the whole team for the future. Thank you!

Both Sean and Melissa have been amazing throughout the whole mortgage process. Due to uncertain times we were worried about gaining a new mortgage with a main stream lender but Sean come up trumps and smashed it out the park . Claire has been excellent at keeping us informed throughout the process of acquiring a new mortgage. Pete and Claire are the best!!

Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. He made the mortgage application completely stress free and was incredibly knowledgable and realistic about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower. After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property. Wonderful service

As first time buyers, we had little understanding on how to go about applying for a mortgage. Peter was very helpful in advising on the mortgage application and throughout the whole process. We worked with Abi, Peter & Claire on the purchase of our first home Abi was so fabulous & showed us around a number of properties - she always made sure to call ahead of a property going live on site and have us booked as one of the first viewings We worked with Peter and Claire throughout for our Mortgage. We checked in with multiple brokers & comparison sites and Peter provided a rate significantly more competitive than anything we'd seen with other brokers / lenders. We were first time buyers, Peter & Claire supported throughout the process, always available on email or phone to answer any questions we had - taking us through all the terms of the offer Highly recommend working with the in house team - you can generally get a response from both broker and agent within an hour and it keeps the sale moving at a good pace

I would like to leave some feedback about Balgores team in Romford 😊. They are profesionals, helped so much for buying first home. Since the first call to arrange a viewing they was fabulous. They felt my lost soul in this process so after a call with Germma I was encouraged, calm and looked after.
